Outdoor School staff are paid hourly. There are three pay dates in the 2027 season, each covering the sessions worked in the month before.
There are three pay dates for the season. Payment is made by direct deposit, except for the first payment, which is issued as a physical check. You will set up direct deposit during the training week.
