Marrubium vulgare Horehound is native to Europe and Asia and has been naturalized to other areas, including the US. It is a perennial, aromatic herb of the mint family. Horehound is also used medicinally in the form of teas, syrups, and lozenges. It’s said to help with coughs and respiratory health.
